JOB POSTING - Office Administrator (contracted part-time position)

Niagara-on-the-Lake Community Palliative Care Service (NOTL CPCS) is seeking a highly motivated, qualified and energetic candidate to fill our Office Administrator position. Our organization is dedicated to ensure every resident of our community, and their families/caregivers, living with a life-threatening illness, have access to quality Hospice Palliative Care.

The primary roles of this position are to manage the NOTL CPCS office and support the Program Manager; create, maintain and manage all client information and volunteer files, including the collection, compilation and submission of client, visiting volunteer and Board statistics. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel, be a self-starter, be sensitive to the feelings of clients, volunteers and others associated with the organization, and be committed to the concept of confidentiality.

This is a part-time (0.17 FTE/6 hrs per week) contracted position, paid at an hourly rate, as invoiced. The salary range will be discussed based on experience, skills and qualifications. The successful candidate will work from the NOTL Community Palliative Care Service office and will be able to work remotely for some duties.
